A 0.50 ct lab-grown solitaire and a channel-set band made to sit flush against it. The band is straight, not notched around the setting — the two sit together without a gap because the solitaire's shoulders are cut to meet it. 0.75 ct is the total weight of all stones across both rings; the report covers the 0.50 ct centre stone. If you want a shaped band that curves around a different engagement ring, that is bench work we do not offer.

How the stones are held
Stones sit sunk between two walls of metal with nothing proud of the surface, so a channel band snags very little. The trade-off is that the walls restrict how far the ring can be resized. Have the setting checked every 12 to 18 months.
Sizing and resizing
The channel band limits the pair to about one size either way; both rings must be adjusted together to stay flush.

Skin contact
Nickel-safe: nickel release is tested to UK REACH limits of 0.5 micrograms per square centimetre per week for items in prolonged contact with the skin. Lead and cadmium are within the limits set by the same regulation.
We do not describe any item as hypoallergenic. That word is not a permitted description and would tell you nothing measurable.
Living with it
Take the ring off for the gym, gardening, swimming and household cleaning. Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft brush is enough. Keep it away from bleach and chlorine.
Have the setting checked every twelve to eighteen months. No setting holds a stone permanently and we do not tell you otherwise.
